Privacy
A short, plain note on how Goddard Prints handles information. Last updated 26 September 2026.
Who we are
Goddard Prints is a small wall-art shop run by Charlotte in Leicester, United Kingdom. You can buy direct on this site or on Etsy. For privacy questions, email sales@goddardprints.co.uk.
Browsing this website
This site is hosted with FastHosts. Like most hosts, their servers may keep basic technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run a separate analytics product on this site.
Buying direct
When you buy direct on this site, checkout is run by Payhip, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see your full card details.
Payhip shares your name, email address and order details with us, and for printed posters your delivery address, so we can deliver and support your order. We share the delivery address with our print partner so they can print and post your poster. Payhip handles your information under Payhip’s privacy policy.
Buying on Etsy
When you buy on Etsy, checkout happens on Etsy. Payment, order, and delivery details are handled under Etsy’s privacy policy. We only see what Etsy shows shop owners for fulfilling and supporting your order.
Email list (new print alerts)
If you join the mailing list on this site, we use MailerLite to send occasional emails about new designs.
- What we collect: your email address, and your name if you choose to give it.
- Why: to email you about new Goddard Prints designs, with your consent.
- How you join: double opt-in – you confirm via the email MailerLite sends you.
- Leaving: every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we will remove you.
- How long we keep it: while you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, MailerLite keeps a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
Cookies and similar tech
We do not add our own advertising or analytics trackers. The site needs ordinary technical cookies or storage to work. The MailerLite signup embed may set cookies or similar storage so the form can run. Payhip’s checkout script (payhip.js) loads on print pages that have a Buy now button, and Payhip, Stripe and PayPal may set their own cookies when you check out. Etsy may use its own cookies if you follow a link to the shop.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it (for example, remove you from the email list). Email sales@goddardprints.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes
If this notice changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
