Most designs are digital downloads, and you can buy them direct on this site or on Etsy. To buy direct, open a print, tap Buy now and pay through the secure checkout. Your high-resolution files are ready to download straight away, and we email you a link as well. If you buy on Etsy, your files are waiting in your Etsy account once you have paid. Each print page shows whether it is a Digital download or Professionally printed.

If you bought direct, your download link is in the receipt email from Payhip, sent to the address you used at checkout. If you cannot see it, check your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Email sales@goddardprints.co.uk and we will resend it. If you bought on Etsy, sign in and go to Purchases in your Etsy account to download your files.

Most digital downloads include five high-resolution files in different ratios, so you can pick a frame that suits the wall. A few prints come as a single A-series file that prints at A2, A3, A4 or A5, and those are labelled "A2 to A5 download". Each print page shows which you get.

Print at home on good-quality paper, or send the file to a favourite print service. A simple light wood frame or pale mount suits most of the collection.

Screens and printers show colour a little differently. For the closest match, use a print service that handles photographic or giclée work, and preview the file before ordering a large print.

Yes. The designs in the Professionally Printed collection are printed to order on heavyweight matte archival paper in A4, A3 or A2, then packed and posted to you. You can buy them direct on this site or on Etsy, with free UK delivery. Direct orders are delivered to UK addresses only.

No. Professionally Printed posters arrive rolled or flat as a print only, so you can choose a frame that suits your room. Digital downloads never include a frame either. You print them yourself (or through a print shop) and frame them how you like.

Digital downloads: because files are available straight away, we can’t refund a download once it has been downloaded, but if a file won’t open or something looks wrong, email us and Charlotte will put it right.

Printed posters: if a poster arrives damaged, email a photo within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement. If you change your mind, you can return an unused poster in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund; return postage is paid by the buyer.

Etsy orders follow Etsy’s policies and the shop policies on each listing.

Designs are for personal use in your own home unless a listing says otherwise. Please do not resell the files or printed copies. For a special request, contact us or message via Etsy.
